A Safe Space
to Heal and Thrive.

One of my core values is that you feel safe, seen, heard and accepted.

I strive to create a welcoming and non-judgmental environment that allows you to explore and address issues such as relationship struggles, self-esteem, body image, trauma and other concerns unique to women. Together, we'll create a plan tailored to you that includes evidence-based techniques to help you develop coping strategies, improve your well-being and empower you to live your best life.

Virtual therapy is a practical alternative to in-person therapy. I provide online sessions throughout Ohio and Kentucky using encrypted technology that is personalized, private and convenient.

About

Julie Gislason, LISW-S, CCM

I specialize in providing therapeutic support and guidance to women facing a wide range of emotional, psychological and social issues. I feel honored to have really meaningful, sometimes life-changing, one-to-one conversations with people about what really matters to them. This is what I am passionate about and is the reason I get out of bed every day-. My formal training includes clinical social work, motivational interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).
